Nick Stark
Chartered Certified Accountant
I initially trained to be a dentist but decided that looking into mouths all day was not for me, so in 1990 I began accountancy training in Liverpool, qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1997. I am a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. The association is a global body that for over 100 years has provided world class accounting and finance qualifications. These are gained through a rigorous series of examinations, coupled with demanding experience criteria.
Karen Stark
Practice Manager & Bookkeeper
Although I have always worked in the company behind the scenes, my main job was as a teacher in a local school. However, in September 2020 I took the plunge and moved to working full time for NGS Accountancy Ltd. I focus on bookkeeping, administration, client liaison and accounts production.
Claire Cowling
Manager, Bookkeeper & Payroll
Having taken a career break for children, I returned to work at the company in 2011. I am an AAT level 2 qualified bookkeeper and focus on bookkeeping, payroll, client liaison and accounts production.
Adely
Office Dog & Security
Adely moved here from Bosnia and quietly promoted herself to Head of Security, Shed Supervisor and Chief Biscuit Tester. A shy rescue, she prefers to spend her days curled up on the floor of the office shed next to Karen, carefully accepting a steady supply of treats. She keeps a watchful eye on visitors, listens in on meetings and makes sure no biscuit is wasted.
